- Grooming or Inappropriate Communication: Attempts to form relationships with minors for sexual purposes, including solicitation, coercion, or manipulation.
- Sexual Commentary About Minors: Comments, messages, or content that sexualize or objectify children in any way.
- Sexual Exploitation or Trafficking: Use of the platform to facilitate, advertise, or promote the exploitation or trafficking of minors.
- Links to CSAM or Exploitative Content: Sharing external links, files, or references that lead to illegal or exploitative content involving children.
Reporting and Detection
- User Reporting: Afrofreat encourages all users to report any suspected CSAM, grooming, or exploitation through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@afrogreat.com.
- Proactive Detection: We use automated tools to detect and block known CSAM.
- Collaboration with Authorities: We report all confirmed cases of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy will result in immediate and severe action, including but not limited to:
- Permanent account suspension
- Removal of all violating content
- Notification to appropriate law enforcement agencies
- IP and device bans
