So many people suffer improficiency, incapability, and appear unfit for a role or position because they fail to give respect or regards to their predecessor. The respect or regards could be in any form, e g buying of gifts, acknowledging their presence in an occasion where they are present, invite them over , give them the avenue to put you through things you know and you don’t know.
