Dear God,We come to you today with heavy hearts, as we think of the hardship and suffering that our country has faced. We ask for your grace and mercy, and for your help in bringing peace and healing to our land. We ask that you would guide our leaders and give them wisdom, so that they may make decisions that will benefit our country and its people. We also ask for your blessing on our nation’s economy, that we may prosper and provide for the needs of our citizens. Help us to remember that you are with us in the midst of difficulty, and that you will never leave us or forsake us.
