So on my way to work this morning, I stopped to buy a bottle of swan water from the supermarket.

While waiting to place my order, I saw this woman standing with two small boys beside her. Both boys were carrying school bags. One was wearing uniform and the other was wearing casual wear.

I noticed she was trying to buy a pack of Ribena and biscuits for only one child. She collected the Ribena and gave it to the boy to put in his bag.

Out of love, I decided to show her that what she did was wrong.

I bought biscuits, Fanta, and 3 stick sweets and handed them to the other boy.

The woman was looking at me.

I rubbed the boy’s head.

“Fine boy, take biscuit and stick sweet you hear. Eat it when you go to school.”

The woman, instead of saying thank you, began to shout.

“Mr man, what is the meaning of this?”

I shouted back.

“Madam, how can you be so cruel? You bought Ribena for only one child and left the other child to go to school hungry. This small boy. Look at him. He even looks very hungry and sad. I am sure he is your house boy that is why you are treating him like this. Had it been I know you now. Had it been I know you.” I would have given you a dīrty slāp

“What do you mean he is my house boy? That is my husband.”😒
