Ingredients:
– 3 cups Millet
– 1 medium-sized peeled sweet potato (optional)
– 2 medium-sized peeled ginger
– 1 tbsp chili peppers

– Sugar (to taste, optional)

1. Soak the millet seed for about 48 hours, changing the water to prevent odor.

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken 🔥❤️
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (can use plain Greek yogurt in place of the mayo)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt if substituting), cheese, and the seasonings.
Spread the mixture on top of each of the chicken breasts.
Place chicken into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven, 375, for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve warm!! -

HOW TO MAKE MEAT PIEINGREDIENTS:
FOR THE DOUGH
8 cups all-purpose flour
250g Butter
3 Eggs (1 for brushing)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup (60ml) cold waterFOR THE FILLING:
350g Ground beef
1 Potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Large Carrot, peeled and diced
1 cup (240ml) Water/beef broth
Salt to taste
Pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons OilPREPARATION
MAKING THE DOUGH
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add butter and rub it with the flour until you get a crumbly texture.
-Beat 2 eggs and add it to the flour mixture, mix until dough is formed. Cover for 30mins.MAKING THE FILLING
In a large pan heat oil. Add onion and sauté for 5-6 mins.
Add the ground meat and fry for for 4-5 mins.
Add the diced carrots, season with salt, pepper, thyme and flour.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out the dough into 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out a round shape with your desired sized.
Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center and fold over the dough using the meat meat-pie cutter or you can fold and use a fork to seal the edge.
Poke the pies with a fork to create a steam outlet.
Brush the pies with beaten egg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.📸

Naija Shrimp Fried RiceIngredients:
4 Cups Long Grain Rice
Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Chicken/Beef Stock
200gms Peeled and Deveined (Shrimps/Prawns )
Raw Chicken/Beef
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup Green peas
1 Cup Sweet corn
1 Big Red Bell Pepper Diced
3 Stalks Green/Spring Onion (Thinly Sliced)
1 Medium Bulb Onion Diced
3 Cloves Garlic
3 Knorr Chicken Cubes your preferred seasoning cubes
1 Teaspoon your preferred Chicken Seasoning/Spice
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Thyme
Salt To TasteInstructions
-Wash and drain the rice and set aside; In a large pan, preheat the Oil, add the diced onion and stir-fry for about 1 min.
-Add the thyme plus garlic and continue to stir-fry until the onions become translucent and limp.
-Add the washed and drained rice, stir for about 4-6 mins until the rice smells toasty.
-Add the Chicken stock, season with white pepper and curry powder. Toss in one habanero pepper (optional), cover it up and leave to cook.
Once the rice is done, set it aside.
In a large pan, add about 1 tablespoon of oil, add the diced onion and grate in a bit of ginger, stir until the onion becomes limp.
-Add the mixed vegetables, and stir for a few seconds. Add the shrimps and stir for few seconds as well. Season with salt and seasoning cubes if necessary.
-Add the Rice and stir fry for about a minute or two. Take it off the heat and serve…😊——————————————————-
