Muammar Gaddafi, the longtime ruler of Libya, was killed on October 20, 2011 during the Libyan Civil War. He was killed by rebel forces who had captured him after months of fighting. Gaddafi had been a controversial figure during his decades in power, accused of human rights abuses and political repression. The 2011 civil war had been sparked by a popular uprising against Gaddafi’s rule, and his death marked the end of a period of conflict and uncertainty for the Libyan people. 🇱🇾

But the truth must be told it may also be because Gaddafi was planning to make a unified African currency based on gold totally crushing the US dollar system which US uses to suppress other economies through foolish baseless sanctions. He was trying to make a unified African military more like the African NATO which would have saved him had he formed it earlier. On top of all this he suggested that African economies should take full control of their minerals as was the case with Libya: they had full control of their oil. He was planning to make a replica of the WOrld Bank for africa freeing this continent from debts. On top of which he was against imperialism. but pls let my other comments counts 🙏 still saying this quz is unfair if na one person go win am ooo 🙏🙏 but thanks by the way for the opportunity

Additionally, Gaddafi undertook several invasions of neighboring states in Africa, notably Chad in the 1970s and 1980s. All of his actions led to a deterioration of Libya’s foreign relations with several countries, mostly Western states, and culminated in the 1986 United States bombing of Libya.Trying to live Gaddafi took refuge in a large drainage pipe with several loyalist bodyguards. A nearby group of NTC fighters opened fire, wounding Gaddafi in the leg and back. According to one unnamed NTC fighter, one of Gaddafi’s own loyalists also shot him, apparently to spare him from being captured.
Although a video of his last moments shows rebel fighters beating him and one of them sodomizing him with a bayonet before he was shot several times.
