HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
* Tomatoes
* Red bell pepper
* Scotch bonnet pepper
* Onion
* Fish
* Garlic powder
* Salt
* Seasoning cubes
* Ground pepper
* Vegetable oil
* Pumpkin(or any vegetable of your choice).
PREPARATIONS
* Wash and slice the fish into desired sizes. Season the fish using garlic powder, salt, grated onions, grounded pepper, stir so that the ingredients can touch all sides of the fish. Let it marinade for 30mins. Fry, de-bone when cooled and cut into smaller sizes.
* Roughly blend the tomatoes, red bell peppers, scotch bonnet pepper and onion and set aside.
* Wash the vegetables, slice and set aside.
* Set a pot on a medium heat, add some oil, pour the roughly blended tomatoes paste, let it cook and keep stirring until the water dries off.
* Add salt, seasoning cubes, garlic powder and stir. Add the de-boned fish and stir.
* Add the vegetables allow it to simmer for 2min. Stir and off the heat.
